Why can’t the endpoint access the Redirect URL?
If you have configured the Redirect URL in capital letters, endpoints are not able to
access the URL. The URL scan feature is case sensitive and Internet explorer
automatically converts the URL to lowercase so the endpoint can’t access the
Redirect URL.
Why can’t I deploy the PEAgent to Windows Server 2003 R2
endpoints?
The default Internet Explorer security settings prevent deployment. Please change the
security settings on the endpoint’s Internet Explorer to enable Java Script, Signed
ActiveX download/execute.
Why do two assessments of the same endpoint occur when two
devices are configured as a failover pair at each compliant
reassessment interval?
The non Management device may not receive the PEAgent report and may perform
another assessment of an endpoint.
