INTENDED USE
This cordless biscuit jointer has been designed for
cutting of slots for biscuit jointing in wood, or wood
based material.
DO NOT
use under wet conditions or in the presence of
flammable liquids or gases.
DO NOT
let children come into contact with the tool.
Supervision is required when inexperienced operators
use this tool.

AASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of serious
personal injury, turn tool off and disconnect
battery pack before making any adjustments or
removing/ installing attachments or accessories.
An accidental start-up can cause injury.

Battery Charge Level Status
- (Fig. 2 – 2a)
To display the amount of charge left in the battery, press
the charge level indicator button
NOTE:
The battery charge level indicator is only an
indication of the charge left on the battery pack. It does
not indicate tool functionality and is subject to variation
based on product components, temperature and end-
user application.
Inserting and Removing the
Battery Pack from the Tool
- (Fig. 3 – 3a)
NOTE:
Make sure your battery pack is fully charged.
NOTE:
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove
the battery pack and keep hands clear of the lock button
when carrying or transporting the tool.
Improper installation of the battery pack can cause
damage to internal components.
Inserting the Battery Pack into
the Tool - (Fig. 3)
• Align the battery pack with the rails inside the sander’s
battery port.
• Slide it into the battery port until the battery pack is
firmly seated and ensure that you hear the lock snap
into place.
Removing the Battery Pack from
the Tool - (Fig. 3a)
• Press the release button and firmly pull the battery
pack out of the battery port.
• Insert battery pack into the charger as described in the
charger section of this manual.

The biscuit jointer is suitable for joints in solid wood,
plywood, chipboard, fibreboard, Plexiglas and artificial
marble, etc. from 8 mm (5/16”) material thickness.
Selecting Biscuit Dowels
- (Fig. 6 – 6a)
Always use the largest possible biscuit dowels for a
strong joint. For materials over 25 mm (1”) thick, also two
superimposed biscuit dowels. The distance between two
lines should be at least 100mm.
Setting the Cutting Depth - (Fig. 6b)
• Set the required cutting depth with the setting wheel (I).
• The designations on the setting wheel reflect the
various sizes of biscuit dowels.
• You can adjust the cutting depth setting using the
screw.
Setting the Cutting Height
- (Fig. 6c – 6d)
• Undo the locking levers (H).
• The set height is indicated by the arrow.
• Set the required height on the scale.
• Retighten the locking levers (H).
Setting the Cutting Angle - (Fig. 6d)
• Loosen the locking height lever (H).
• Remove height fence (O).
IMPORTANT
Turn the adjustment knob clockwise to move height
fence upward until it unfits the angle fence.
• Undo the locking lever (F).
• The set angle is indicated by the arrow.
• Set the required angle on the scale.
• Retighten the locking lever (F).
OPERATION

WARNING:

Proper Hand Position - (Fig. 7)
• Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of serious
personal injury, ALWAYS hold securely in anticipation of
a sudden reaction.
WARNING
It should never be necessary to
force the tool. The weight of the tool applies adequate
pressure. Forcing and excessive pressure could cause
dangerous disc breakage.
ON/OFF Switch - (Fig. 8)
• To switch on, slide button (1) forwards and let it engage
(2). The appliance will now run continuously until you
switch it off.
• To switch off, simply press the rear part of button (1) it
jumps back into its ”Off” position .
Cutting Operation
• Mark the cutting line and its centre on the workpiece.
• Clamp the workpiece on a flat surface to ensure it will
not move during operation.
• Adjust the moving fence, cutting depth and cutting
angle according to your needs.
