POWER

Your bike is powered by a power supply. The power must be plugged into the power jack, which
is located in the front rear of the Upright Bike near the STABILIZER TUBE.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT

To adjust the seat by rotating the knob and loosen the screw. Pull out the knob and adjust the seat to 
a comfortable pedaling position (one that keeps a slightly bend in your knee while your legs are in the 
extended position). Lock the screw by rotating knob clockwise until it tightens.

NOTE: It is recommended that you do not sit on the seat while adjusting its position.

ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR

To adjust the handlebar by rotating the knob and loosen the screw. Then, pull out the knob and adjust the 
handlebar to a position you prefer. Lock the screw by rotating knob clockwise until it tightens.

Things you should know before exercise 
    A) 

 MONITOR DISPLAY:

 At the exercise mode, press the MODE key until the LCD Monitor starting to 

display the following functions, TIME, SPEED DISTANCE, CALORIE, RPM, PULSE. Each function will be 
showing 6 seconds on the screen. 
     B)  SET: During the STOP mode, press the SET key to increase the value of Time, Distance and Calories. 
     C)  RESET: During the STOP mode, press the RESET key to clear the exercising value or setting value to zero. 
    D)  MODE: a. Pressing the MODE key will start setting values of TIME, DISTANCE, and Calorie.
                         b. During the STOP mode, by holding this key for over two seconds then the console will restart.      
                    c. During the exercise mode, press the key can check the function from
                       SCAN-TIME-SPEED-DIST-CAL-RPM-PULSE for a circle.

1)  Turn on Bike by pressing any key.
2)  Press MODE button and SET button to adjust, then start.
3)  The resistance level can be adjusted during the workout by using the RESISTANCE KNOB.

MOVING

Your bike has a pair of transport wheels built into 
the  FRONT  STABILIZER  TUBE.  To  move,  first 
remove  the  power  supply  and  firmly  grasp  the 
CONSOLE MAST Handle Bar, carefully tilt and roll.

LEG STRETCHING PEDAL

Doing stretching helps improve your muscle performance, 
prevent injury and reduce back pain.
To use Leg Stretching Pedal, put your foot on the pedal 
first. Keep your leg straight and grip the strap, then hold 
this position for 15 seconds.

QUICK  START

Do not operate the bike if the power cord or plug is damaged.
If the bike appears to not be working properly, do not use the bike.
