- You can set Hour, Min, Vol (Volume of alarm), Alarm
Mode (Alarm, FM, DAB selection).
- If want to revise the settings, you can press ALARM (8)
button and then press MENU/INFO (4) button to check
settings you set before. Press
(1) or
(5) to adjust and
press SELECT/SNOOZE (6) button to save.

Alarm 2 setting
is the same as Alarm 1.
SNOOZE
A. When alarm rings, press SELECT/SNOOZE (6) and stop
it from ringing. Calculating from the time pressing the
SELECT/SNOOZE (6) button, after 9 minutes, the alarm will
ring again. After snooze works, it will automatically switch
to Standby mode.
B. At the working state of snooze, press STANDBY/MODE
(2) button, it will turn back to the radio mode played last
time.
DAB OPERATION
Under radio mode, press STANDBY/MODE (2) and switch to
DAB Mode. If it is the first time to turn on the device, it will
automatically search for stations. If no signal, it will show No
station on the display screen.
A.
Station scanning:
Press SCAN (3) button to search DAB
stations. When scanning, it will show progress bar and the
station quantity already searched.
B.
Station displaying:
Under DAB mode, after searching,
press
(1) or
(5) to switch stations in the station
list and press SELECT/SNOOZE (6) button to display the
selected station.
C.
Information checking:
When displaying station, press
MENU/INFO (4) button and check the station informa-
tion like station name, signal strength, program type,
ensemble name , Hz, signal error rate, DLS(Dynamic Label
Segment) information, time and date etc.
NOTE:
- Under DAB mode, the time and date of the device will
automatically syncing with those of the station. (Need to
search out stations)
PRESET
A.
Store stations:
If press and hold PRESET (9) button,
display screen will show Preset stored <X Empty>. Then
press
(1) or
(5) to select the number (From 1 to 10)
you want to save and press SELECT/SNOOZE (6) to save.
Then screen will show Preset * and back to the previous
display state. It totally can save 10 stations.
NOTE:
- The symbol * represents the save number (From 1 to 10).
If number without preset station, it will appear Empty. If
number with preset station, FM will show station frequency
and DAB will show station name. And preset station can
be replaced by new station.
B.
Recall stations:
Please press PRESET (9) button to
activate the station output function. Press
(1) or
(5)
to select the recall place. Then press SELECT/SNOOZE (6)
button to confirm and display.
FM OPERATION
Under radio mode, press STANDBY/MODE (2) and switch to
FM Mode. It will display the station displayed last time. If it is
the first time to turn on the device, it will display default FM
87.5HZ.
A.
Search Station Manually:
If press
(1) or
(5), it can
adjust frequency forwardly or backward to search station.
The stride of pressing the button each time is 0.05HZ.
If press and hold
(1) or
(5) , it can quickly adjust
frequency forwardly/backward. After relinquishing the
hand, it stops frequency hopping.
B.
Search Station Automatically:
If press SCAN (3) button,
it will search station forwardly. If press and hold SCAN (3)
button, it will search station backward. When it searches
out a station, it will stop searching and play the station.
NOTE:
- The sensitivity of auto scan is adjustable at FM Scan
setting located at Set Menu.
C.
Station information checking:
When displaying station,
press MENU/INFO (4) button to check the station informa-
tion like RDS Radio Text, frequency, program type, station
name, Stereo/Mono, time and date etc. Must check the
RDS information related to the station, or it will remind of
no related contents.
PRESET
To preset FM stations, refer to the paragraph “PRESET” in DAB
mode.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
This is a high-precision electronic appliance; do not use it in
very humid or dusty places or subject to sudden rises/falls
in temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight. Use a slightly
damp soft cloth for cleaning. Avoid solvents and abrasive
substances.
