Signal power
: displays information relating to signal strength via a bar
on the display, the stronger the signal, the fuller the bar will be.
Time / Date
: displays information relating to the time and date of the
current transmission.
Note: not all DAB stations provide information that can be viewed by the device.
DAB / DAB+ RADIO MENU
1. In DAB or Radio mode, press the MENU button (5) for a few seconds;
2. Turn the knob (2) and select the desired item from:
In DAB mode: Full Scan, Manual tune, DRC, Prune, System;
In FM mode: Scan Setting, Audio Setting, System;
3. Press the SELECT button (9) to enter the settings of the selected item.
Full scan
(Full search): allows you to scan the entire DAB / DAB +
band and automatically store the stations found.
Manual tune
: allows you to manually scan a single DAB / DAB +
frequency. Turn the knob (2) to select the channel number for the
frequency to be scanned and then press the SELECT button (9) to start
scanning. The stations found will be automatically memorized. At the
end press the MENU key (3) to return to the previous DAB menu.
DRC
: allows you to enable / disable the DRC function to improve the
sound when listening in noisy environments. You can set the DRC level
up (high), low (low) or OFF (off).
Prune
: allows you to delete all the radio stations found but not available
(poor signal) from the list of stored stations. Move the knob (2) to YES
and confirm the deletion with the SELECT button (9).
System
: allows access to the system submenu:
Alarm
: up to 2 alarms can be set:
- With the knob (2) select Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 and confirm with
the SELECT button (9);
- Set the activation (Alarm ON) or the deactivation (Alarm OFF)
using the knob (2) and confirm with the SELECT button (9);
- If activated (Alarm ON) set the time using the knob (2) and confirm
with the SELECT button (9);
- Set the duration (15, 30, 45, 60, 90);
- Set the source (whether to use the standard sound, or the radio
