This menu shows the output data rate defined using the QAM settings and the
current needed output data rate.

If the station filter is set correctly, the current needed data rate is lower than
the maximum data rate. The value fluctuates, since the data rates of individual
stations are dynamically modified by the broadcasters.

" appear in the display and the status LED is
blinking red/green. In this case correct the QAM settings (pages 20)
