ENGLISH
Your Olympe trailer tent is a quick erect trailer tent that requires no complicated setup work.
You’ll quickly learn to open it or close it within a few minutes. Follow these steps by the first
openings or closings to learn to know how it works. Two people are required to setup the
Olympe.
1
Bring the Olympe to its position. Use the 4 jack legs to steady and level the unit, take off
the cover and the kitchen (not shown on these photos)
2
Open the right panel and then the left panel as you look at the unit from the back (Road
lights) (2a).
3
Free the straps that maintain the frame attached to the bed plates: there’s one on the left
side and two on the right side
4
This central pole (marked A on the frame plan) is not connected to the frame when the
Olympe is closed. Take it and connect it to the frame on the left (4a) and on the right (4b).
You have to take it off when you dismantle the unit before closing the bed panels.
5
Put the 4 short poles that connect the canopy through the openings of the canvas. They’re
marked F on the plan.
6
Setup the awning canopy with its 4 poles
7
Now pull in your direction simultaneously the two side poles C. The canvas will follow
and open the awning
8
Pull the canvas down at the back of the Olympe
9
On the two front sides, pull simultaneously the long awning poles C and lengthen the
frame. Some ratchets will maintain the poles open.
Take care when closing, always remember to free these ratchets before closing the
awning
10
In the back of the cabin, next to the roof, the frame contains two sliding poles E that you
now have to connect. Go through the cabin, take the poles that are within the main frame,
then slide them and connect them with the ratchet.
Take care when closing: always put these 2 poles back inside the frame
11
Do the same with the poles E at the front of the cabin
Take care when closing: always put these 2 poles back inside the frame
12
There’s a long pole on both sides of each room: one is between the room and the awning
canvas, and one is between the room and the cabin. They’re marked D on the plan.
Lengthen simultaneously these two poles until the ratchets indicate that they have reached
their right position. Then do the same with the second room.
Take care when closing the unit to always free these poles
13
Setup the two roof poles G and connect them to the front awning frame and the cabin /
rooms frame.
14
Zip the front of the rooms and cabin
15
Zip the awning front wall and setup the two side feet
16
Peg the canvas in front of the rooms and in the corners of the awning
17
Zip the groundsheet to the awning canvas
The Olympe is now ready. Peg the awning canvas.
To close the Olympe, follow these steps back. If you feel any tension at all, check that all
ratchets are undone and all separate poles have been taken off.
