2.4.4 Information for operating the vehicle:
! Caution !
Before commencing sweeping, observe the safety tips specified under
section 2.1!
•
During the sweeping operation, the front lifting device of the chassis must
be adjusted to the working height using the fastening chain or locked
mechanically.
•
While sweeping, the driving speed is dependent on the type and quantity
of debris and generally lies between approx. 2...5 km/h.
•
In standard operation, an engine speed of 2000...2200 rpm is sufficient.
•
If the debris is heavy or very heavy (sticky and firm, coarse stones) or if the
bulky debris pick-up flap must remain open while driving, the engine speed
must be increased to approx. 2400...2500 rpm.
