<15> Troubleshooting
If a trouble occurs or if there is any problem, read this chapter first.
Symptom
The POWER (green) LED on the KJ-200 is not ON.
Check
Check that the AC adapter is firmly plugged into a wall outlet.
Check that the AC adapter plug is firmly inserted into the back of the KJ-200.
Symptom
The screen is not projected correctly to the projector.
Projection cannot be performed even if the TEST switch of the KJ-200 is pressed.
The setting screen can be displayed with the Web browser but cannot be projected.
Check
Check that the RGB cable is firmly connected to the projector and KJ-200.
Check that power is supplied to the KJ-200.
Check that the input mode of the projector is set to “analog RGB”.
Applications using Direct X, and motion picture reproduction such as MS-Office Assistant,
and DVD are not supported.
Check if the display device, currently connected to KJ-200, supports the display resolution set in your
PC.
Symptom
Images can be transferred but the Web-based configuration screen is not displayed.
Check
Check the version and setting of the browser.
Refer to “Web Browser Settings” in “<8> Advanced Settings”.
Caution
•
If all refresh rate settings (VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA) are set to “Invalid”, no image is projected
from the projector.

Refer to System Requirements in “<1> Overview of AirProjector” for the analog RGB setting
supported by the KJ-200.
For the projector analog RGB specification, refer to the manual of the projector.
