Directions on Switching Actions:
The action of your Trinity is set by
which holes you use to attach your
different heads to the counterbalance.
On the counterbalance is a diagram
of which way the blue strip on the
center plug must be positioned to run
at the desired action.
With the blue strip on the right, you
are in Action 1. With the blue strip
down, you are in Action 2.
With the blue strip on the left, you
are in Action 3. Action 3 is used for
normal cleaning.
To attach your brush or any head,
use the handy head tool with the allen
tool to hold the center plug as you
insert and tighten the two 3/8 bolts into
your counter balance (Pic A).
Put the head tool into one of the
holes of the center plug, push in two
bolts and start tightening by hand,
then use the allen tool to finish
tightening (Pic B).
For machines
without
an inverter,
normal cleaning is
Action 3
.
For machines
with
inverters,
normal cleaning is
Action 4.
You should not need to change
machine actions unless cleaning
an area with outdated electric
system or fuses. If your Trinity
is blowing breakers go to
Action 2 first. If you are still
blowing breakers or having
problems, go to Action 1.
Do You Need to
Prime Your Pump?
Shipping, travel, or infrequent
use can cause pressure to
build in the spray system.
This is an easy fix. Simply
squeeze the spray trigger and,
at same time, loosen the clear
nylon cap around the orange
spray tip. May only need to
do one side.
SPRAY SYSTEM
When your machine arrives it should be ready to clean as soon as you put
chemical in the jug. The Trinity machine is a “walk and go” machine. You simply
walk and push the spray button at the same time. The Trinity will easily clean in
one pass unless it is a very high traffic area or an extremely greasy or heavily
soiled carpet. If, for some reason, liquid is not coming out, or barely coming out,
when you push the spray button, you will need to prime your pump.
**See instructions below**
If you have owned your machine awhile and notice the liquid is coming out in a
trickle instead of a spray, your filters probably need cleaning. Simply unscrew
and remove the white nylon caps and spray jets to get to the filters (one filter
behind each spray jet). Use an old toothbrush or toothpick to
gently
scrub and
remove any attached debris and you should be good to go.
The Trinity spray system consists of: 60 psi pump
(not shown)
, hoses, 2 ½ or 5
gallon jug (depending on machine you own), and actual spray assembly at the
bottom of the machine as pictured below (see picture for listing of parts).
***
SPRAY ASSEMBLY MAINTENANCE
***
To maintain the life of your pump/spray system, run clear water thru
your system at the end of each work day to wash out residue/chemical
to keep your pump and hoses clean and free of debris.
Do not run any harsh cleaning products thru the pump or any
product containing citric acid
(ex. Anomaly). These products will
ruin your pump and damage the hoses.
***DOING SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY***
