6.4 Return
Please observe the following procedure for your returns.
If a sensor needs to be returned, please contact technical support. To ensure a smooth return and to avoid
incorrect deliveries, each return package must first be reported to the customer service. You will then receive
an RMA form with a number, which you need to fill out completely, check and send back to us. Please write the
number assigned to you prominently on the package. This is the only way your return package can be correctly
allocated and accepted.
In order to ship the goods undamaged, use the original packaging. If this is not on hand, make sure that safe
transport is guaranteed and the sensor is safely packed using enough packing material.
A cleaning fee will be charged for very dirty devices.
Caution! Return shipments without an RMA number can not be accepted and processed!
