4.4.11 Функционирование в режиме отказа
1) Включение светодиодного индикатора отказа и подача непрерывного звукового сигнала свидетельствуют о возникновении критической неисправности в работе ИБП. Код
неисправности отображается для пользователей на ЖК-панели. Подробнее см. таблицу в
Разделе 6. Выявление и устранение неисправностей
.
2) При возникновении неисправности проверьте состояние нагрузок, проводки, вентиляции, сетевого источника питания, батарей и пр. Не предпринимайте попыток повторного
включения ИБП до устранения возникшей проблемы. В случае невозможности устранения проблемы своими силами обратитесь в Службу технической поддержки компании Tripp Lite.
3) В случае возникновения аварийной ситуации немедленно отсоедините устройство от сети, внешней батареи и выходных нагрузок во избежание повышения степени риска и опасности.
4.4.12 Функционирование в режиме технического обслуживания (только для моделей с переключателем ремонтного байпаса)
1) Данная операция должна производиться только сервисным персоналом или квалифицированными техническими специалистами. Если ИБП нуждается в ремонте или
техническом обслуживании, а потребитель при этом не может быть отключен, то ИБП должен быть переведен в режим технического обслуживания.
2) Сначала выключите ИБП.
3) Снимите крышку переключателя ремонтного байпаса.
4) Переведите переключатель ремонтного байпаса в положение “BPS” ("БАЙПАС").
Внимание! (только для систем с параллельным подключением)
• Перед включением питания системы с параллельным подключением и приведением в действие преобразователя убедитесь в том, что ремонтные
переключатели всех модулей установлены в одинаковое положение.
• При включении системы с параллельным подключением для работы через преобразователь не меняйте положение ремонтного переключателя ни
на одном из модулей.
4.5 Порядок эксплуатации параллельно подключенных ИБП
4.5.1 Первоначальный запуск системы с параллельным подключением
Перед первоначальным запуском в первую очередь убедитесь в том, что все ИБП имеют одинаковые конфигурации и могут подключаться параллельно.
1) Включите каждый ИБП в режиме он-лайн (см.
раздел 4.4.1
). Затем при помощи универсального электроизмерительного прибора измерьте выходное напряжение
преобразователя в каждой фазе для каждого ИБП с целью проверки того, чтобы разность значений напряжения преобразователя между фактическим выходным и заданным
значениями не превышала 1,5 В (типовое значение данного показателя составляет 1 В). Если указанная разность превышает 1,5 В, откалибруйте напряжение путем регулировки
напряжения преобразователя (см. Программные коды 15, 16 и 17 в
разделе 4.7
) в настройках ЖК-панели. Если после такой калибровки разность напряжений сохраняется на
уровне, превышающем 1,5 В, обратитесь за помощью в Службу технической поддержки компании Tripp Lite.
2) 2) Откалибруйте показание выходного напряжения путем настройки параметров калибровки выходного напряжения (см. Программные коды 18, 19 и 20 в
разделе 3.7
) на ЖК-панели с
целью обеспечения того, чтобы разница между реальным выходным напряжением и значением, регистрируемым измерительными средствами ИБП, не превышала 1 В.
3) Выключите каждый ИБП (см.
раздел 4.4.7
), а затем выполните процедуру монтажа электропроводки, описанную в
разделе 3.4
.
4) Удалите металлическую крышку, закрывающую параллельные коммуникационные порты ИБП. Подключите поочередно каждый ИБП (не более трех модулей на каждую
установку с параллельным подключением) с использованием кабеля параллельного подключения и токораспределительного кабеля. Соблюдайте порядок разводки
параллельных коммуникационных кабелей, показанный на приведенном ниже рисунке. После подключения установите на место металлическую крышку.
