OPERATING
Before using for the first time
Clean the various parts of the mincer with washing-up liquid and a damp cloth as
described in the section "Cleaning".
Using the mincer
1. Put the cutter into the knife holder in the mincer beaker.
2. Fill the mincer beaker with the ingredients you have chosen. Do not overfill the
beaker. The ingredients must not come above the notch on the cutter.
3. Put the lid on the beaker and turn it until it is firmly fixed and you cannot turn it
any further.
4. Put the motor unit onto the lid and turn it until it is firmly fixed and you cannot turn
it any further. The axle of the cutter will then fit properly into the axle of the motor
unit.
5. Put the plug in the socket.
6. Press the on/off button to start the mincer. The mincer will now mince up the
ingredients. As soon as they are fine enough release the button.
7. Wait until the cutter has stopped completely and pull the plug out of the socket.
8. Take the motor unit and the lid off the mincer. Remove the cutter.
9. After you have taken the ingredients out of the mincer beaker clean it as
described in the section "Cleaning".
