1.  Click 

Find

 button to discover the cameras currently connected to the local network.      

2.  Check the check box of the cameras requiring a firmware update.

3.  Click the 

Update

 button. The 

Update

 window will open with the selected cameras.

4.  Before updating the Firmware, verify each camera has a different IP address.

5.  Click 

Authentication

 button and enter the 

ID

 and

 Password

• 

Default ID and password is ‘

admin / admin

’ 

• 

If each camera’s ID and Password is not same, you cannot update together.     

6.  Click 

Update

 button to choose Firmware. 

7.  Click the three dots

 (...)

 Button.

8.  Navigate to the file path of the desired firmware. 

• 

Choose a Firmware such as camera firmware, ONVIF and Active-X. 

• 

User can update all firmware at once. 

9.  Click 

OK

 button to start the firmware update. 

10. Once the update completes, click the 

Reboot

 button on the 

Update

 window to reboot the camera.

11. If the reboot times out, click 

Reboot

 again.

12. If the reboot still times out, click 

Close

. On the 

IP Manager 

Screen click 

Find

 to determine if the Camera has 

dropped off the network.
