RECOVERY
RECOVERY will determine your fitness level after your workout. When you have finished your workout press RECOVERY.
For RECOVERY to function correctly the consol needs to record your Heart Rate. The TIME will countdown from 1 minute
to 0, then your fitness level from F1 to F6 will be displayed.
NOTE: During RECOVERY no other displays will operate.
Calculation of the fitness score F:
The computer will record your heart rate, through the hand-pulse, from just before the user pushes RECOVERY.
The computer then deducts ( - ) the heart rate value, after 1 minute of resting, from the initial value to register your score

Operating Mode:
1. Press the H.R.C key to start the H.R.C testing
2. Get the result from F1 - F6.
OPERATION
1. After powering on, the default program is U1. You can select any User program (U0 – U4) by turning the UP/DOWN
knob, then pressing the ENTER key to confirm the selected program. Thereafter, GENDER, AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT and
other personal information can be changed (in the top right display) by pushing the ENTER key until the desired display is
flashing, then press the ENTER key again to confirm data.
2. The Function Control display will be flashing, indicating you can select the Programs P1 - P12. Turn the UP / DOWN knob,
then press the ENTER key to confirm the selected program. Any of the default values can be changed by pushing the EN-
TER key until the desired display is flashing, then press the ENTER key again to confirm data.
3. When the Program and other protocols are entered press START / STOP and begin your workout.

2. UP / DOWN KNOB : Increase and decrease or select option (ROTATE)
3. RESET KEY
: Reset all displays to default values (PUSH)
4. ST/STOP KEY
: Start/Stop key (PUSH)
5. RECOVERY KEY
: Fitness test that measures your recovery rate (PUSH)
