CALORIES:
Measures calories consumption from start to stop. Holding the button for 3 seconds
will rapidly increase/decrease the desired calories. The Console will beep 3 times
once you have reached the desired calorie reading during the workout.
PULSE:
Place the palms of your hands on both of the pulse contact pads. The Console should
display a pulse within 1 - 2 seconds. When a pulse reading is registered, the PULSE reading
will be displayed. If no pulse is registered, it will display a O reading. The Console will
beep 3 times once you have exceeded the set pulse reading during the workout.
AUTO ON/OFF:
The system turns on when any button is pressed or the speed sensor registers a value.
The system turns off automatically when the speed sensor is no longer registering a
reading or no button is pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
SWITCH KEY
Each time when the key is pressed, it will change the MODE setting: SCAN - TIME -
MODE:
SPEED - DISTANCE - CALORIE - ODO - PULSE. To reset the Console, hold the MODE button
for 2 seconds.
RESET:
All set parameters will be reset.
