CAUTION:
Ensure that cables are not damaged
during assembly or when tightening screws.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. FRONT AND REAR STABILISERS
INSTALLATION
•
Position the Front Stabiliser (27) in front of Main
Frame (12) and align the bolt holes.
•
Attach the Front Stabiliser (27) on the front curve of
the Main Frame (12) with two M10 Cap Nuts (5), two
Ø10 x 1.5 x Ø25 x R28 Curved Washers (4), and
two M10 x 57 Bolts (3).
•
Tighten nuts with the provided Multi Hex Tool.
•
Position the Rear Stabiliser (2) behind the Main Frame
(12) and align the bolt holes.
•
Attach the Rear Stabiliser (2) onto the rear curve of
the Main Frame (12) with two M10 Cap Nuts (5), two
Ø10 x 1.5 x Ø25 x R28 Curved Washers (4), and
two M10 x 57 Bolts (3).
•
Tighten the nuts with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
2. LEFT/RIGHT HANDRAILS AND FOOT BARS
INSTALLATION
•
Place the Rotation Rod (76) in the Main Frame (12).
•
Slide the Left and Right Handrails (70, 71) onto the
Rotation Rod (12) and secure them in place with
two M10 x 18 Bolts (73), two Ø18 x Ø10 x 2 Spring
Washers (74), two Ø28 x Ø16.2 x 4 x B5 D Washers
(75), and two Ø28 x Ø17 x 0.3 Washer (55).
•
Tighten the bolts with the two provided 6 mm Allen
Wrenches.
•
Attach the Left Foot Bar (85) onto the Left Handrail
(70) with one Bolt (63) and one Nylon Nut (65).
NOTE:
Make sure the Left foot bar is angled downwards
before attempting installation.
•
Use one of the flat wrenches to secure the bolt and
the other flat wrench to firmly tighten the nylon nut.
•
The bolt threads MUST protrude out through the
nylon nut until it can no longer be turned. Repeat
steps above for the Right side.
NOTE:
Ø16 x 89 x L23 Bolt for right Crank (67) and Ø16
x 89 x L23 Bolt for left Crank (54) are marked “R”
for Right and “L” for Left.
•
Attach the Left Foot Bar (84) onto the Left Crank
(22) with one Ø16 x 89 x L23 Bolt (54), one Ø28 x
Ø17 x 0.3 Wave Washer (55), one Ø20 x Ø13 x 2
Spring Washer (56), and one Nylon Nut (L)(57).
