OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

SCAN:

 

Press the button until SCAN appears on the display. This function will rotate between

 

SPEED, RPM, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and BODY FAT.

SPEED:

 

Press the button until SPEED appears. The current speed reading will be displayed.

RPM:

  

Press the button until RPM appears. This will display the amount of rotations per

 

minute. Note that RPM will switch between SPEED and RPM every 6 seconds.

TIME:

 

Press the button until TIME appears, this will show the accumulative time of

 

the workout.

PULSE:

 

Press the button until PULSE appears, this will show the current Pulse Rate.

DISTANCE:

 

Press the button until DISTANCE appears, this will show the accumulative distance

 

travelled of the workout.

CALORIES:

 

Press the button until CALORIES appears, this will show the accumulative calories burnt

 

during the workout.

 

Note:

 This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions which

 

cannot be used in medical treatment.

 

RECOVERY:

 

After exercising, keep holding the Pulse, Grips and press RECOVERY. All the functions will

 

stop except for the Time, which will countdown for 60 seconds. Once the countdown 

 

has reached “0”, the heart rate will be displayed and will be graded F1 to F6. F6 being the

 

worst and F1 the best. These reading can be used to reference between workouts.

 

Pressing the RECOVERY button again will return to the main display.

BODY FAT:

 

While in the Stop Mode, press the BODY FAT button to start the Body Fat measurement.

 

Both hands need to be on the Hand Pulse Sensors. “----“ will be displayed until the

 

measurement is complete. This measurement should take about 8 seconds. The LCD will

 

display the Body Fat Percentage (BMI)*. Pressing BODY FAT again will return to the 

 

main display.

 

*This is a reference to be used between exercises and should not be used for 

 

medical purposes.

NOTE:

 

The Console will enter into power saving mode should the pedals not be used for 4

 

minutes. All the settings and exercise data will be stored until used again.
