PULSE RATE
Press the “MODE” button until “PULSE” appears. Before measuring your pulse rate, please place the palm of
your hands on both of the contact pads. The monitor will show your current heart beat rate in beats per
minute (BPM) on the LCD after 6 - 7 seconds.

During the process of pulse measurement, due to initial contact, the measurement value may be higher
or lower than the virtual pulse rate during the first 2-3 seconds, and will thereafter return to normal. The
measurement value cannot be regarded as the basis for medical treatment.
NOTE
1. If the display is faint or does not display figures, please replace the batteries.
2. The monitor will automatically switch off after 4 minutes if no signal is received.
