STEP 04
Assembly of the Seat Cushion and the Leg Curl
Step 1
Fix the Seat Beam (6) to the Support Tube (1), secure them with one Fitting Plate (27), four 3/8”x19mm
Washer (66), two 3/8”x2 1/2” Bolt (52) and two 3/8” Nut (63).
Step 2
Attach the Leg Beam (7) to the Seat Beam (6), secure them with two Brass Colour Bushing (71), one 19mm
End Cap (72), one 12” Nut (62), two 1/2”x26mm Washer (65), and one 1/2”x3” Bolt (48). Then attach the
Seat Cushion (10) to the Seat Cushion Beam (14), secure them with four 5/16”x16mm Washer (68) and four
5/16”x3/4” Bolt (75).
Step 3
Put the Roller Tube (33) into the hole of Leg Beam (7). Then pour a little a bit of water onto the Roller tube
(33). Attach two Leg foam roller (40) on the both sides of the Roller Tube (33).
Step 4
Put the Roller Tube (33) into the front hole of Seat Beam (6), then pour a little bit of water onto the Roller
Tube (33) and then attach two Leg Foam Roller (39) on the both sides of the Roller Tube (33).
