ASSEMBLY STEPS

TOOLS:

STEP 2: LEFT AND RIGHT FOOT PEDALS,
              LEFT AND RIGHT FOOT BAR, LEFT
              AND RIGHT HANDRAIL ARM

Remove two M10 x 20 Hexagon Bolts (27), two
Ø19.5 x Ø11.5 x 2.5 Spring Washers (28), two
Ø10 x Ø25 x 2.0 Flat Washers (92), two Ø28 x Ø16 x Ø5 
Washers (29), and two Ø22 x Ø 17 x Ø0.3 Wave
Washers (31) from the Rotation Rod (81).

Insert the Rotation Rod (81) into the hole in the Main 
Frame (1). Attach two Ø22 x Ø17 x Ø0.3 Wave
Washers (31) onto the Rotation Rod (81), then attach the 
L & R Handrails (5/6) onto the Rotation Rod (81) using 
two M10 x 20 Hexagon Bolts (27), two Ø19.5 x Ø11.5 x 2.5 
Spring Washers (28), two Ø10 x Ø25 x 2.0
Flat Washers (92) and two Ø28 x Ø16 x Ø5 Washers (29). 
Tighten with the Allen Key provided.   

Remove Ø24 x Ø13 x 4.0 Washer (76), Ø16 x Ø13 x 14.5 
Bushing (77) and Right Nylon Nut (83) from the Right 
Foot Pedal (12). Attach the Right Foot Pedal (12) onto the 
right Crank (62) using Ø24 x Ø13 x 4.0 Washer (76),
Ø16 x Ø13 x 14.5 Bushing (77), Right Foot Bar (8) and 
Right Nylon Nut (83). Tighten the Right Foot Pedal (12)
by hand, clockwise and tighten the Right Nylon Nut (83) 
clockwise with the Allen Key and Spanner provided. 
Repeat the same procedure to attach the Left Foot
Pedal (11) onto the Left Crank, tighten the Left Foot 
Pedal (11) counter-clockwise and tighten the Left
Nylon Nut (82) counter-clockwise with the Allen Key
and Spanner provided. 

Note:

 Do not turn the Left Pedal clockwise to tighten as 

this will strip the thread.

Insert the Right Handrail Arm (4) into the Plastic Bushing 
on the tube of the Right Handrail (6) with two M8 x 40 
Hexagon Bolts (32), two Ø8 x Ø16 x 1.5 Arc Washers (93) 
and two M8 Cap Nuts (94). 

Repeat this procedure to assemble the Left
Handrail Arm (3).
