compressor PCPS 10-1100

Do not touch hot device parts.

 Please note that the

compressor and the lines can reach high temperatures
during operation and cause burns even after use of the
device. Allow the device to cool down after use. Wear
protective gloves to protect yourself against burns.

Always wear safety glasses and a respiratory mask
when using the blow-out gun.

Stirred up or blown off particles can easily be inhaled or
cause eye injuries.

Wear appropriate hearing protection during
operation.

 The sound pressure level L

pA

 of this device

amounts to 94.1 dB(A). Without appropriate hearing
protection this can cause hearing loss.

Only use accessories and feed hoses equipped with a
quick coupling.

Feed hoses connected otherwise may accidentally come
loose and cause injuries due to whipping.

Do not directly breathe in the exhaust air coming from
the device.

The exhaust air may contain contaminations

such as water, oil or metal particles from inside the
compressor. This can cause damages to health.

Make sure that the used socket is connected to a
circuit provided with sufficient overvoltage protection!

Please refer to the technical data for the corresponding
information. If used out of doors, the circuit should be
secured by means of a residual current device (RCD) with a
release current of maximally 30 mA.

Ensure the secure footing and stable positioning of the
device.

During operation the compressor shall always be

placed on its rubber feet or the bottom side. Never exceed
the inclination angle of 10° (vertical pos.) or 15° (horizontal
pos.).

Intended use

Only use the device

PCPS 10-1100

:

for inflating car tyres, bicycle tyres, inflatable toys, sports
equipment and beach items

for measuring the current pressure level of an inflatable
object

for generating compressed air for pneumatic tools

whilst adhering to the technical data.

Info

Please note that the pressure gauge is not calibrated.

We recommend using the power tool with original Trotec
accessories.

Foreseeable misuse

The device

PCPS 10-1100

is not intended for commercial use.

Do not use the device in continuous operation.
The device must not be used for inflating truck/tractor tyres or
other items the specified pressure of which exceeds the
maximum operating pressure of the compressor.
The device must not be used in the food sector or for
pharmaceutical and medical purposes.
Do not use the device for filling scuba tanks with compressed
air.
Any other use than the one described in the chapter "Intended
use" is regarded as reasonably foreseeable misuse.
