Warning of electrical voltage
Before any work on the device, remove the mains plug
from the mains socket and the battery from the device!
Hold onto the mains plug while pulling the power cable
out of the mains socket.

handled without due care.

Blades have sharp cutting edges. Risk of injury from
cuts if handled without due care.

Always replace the blades in pairs.
The blades have 2 cutting edges each and can be turned over
when one of them is worn. If both cutting edges are worn, the
blades must be replaced with new ones.

The blades must not be sharpened!

The hexagonal bolts must not be loosened! The Allen
wrench only serves to adjust the height of the tension
element if you want to insert another type of blades.
Please proceed as follows to turn over or change the blades:
1. Remove the battery from the device.
2. Use the open-end wrench (

) to loosen the 3 nuts (

the tension element (

3. Slide the protective cover (

) of the cutting head back and
hold it in place.

4. Slide the tension element (

) sideways out of the cutting
head (

5. Use a suitable tool to carefully slide the blade (

) out of
the tension element (

6. If required, clean the tension element and the blade with a
dry, lint-free cloth or a brush.
7. Turn the blade over or replace it.
