PROPER TRAINING POSITION:
- Once seated, users should place their feet on the pedals (

- When pedaling, The user should be able to extend their legs
fully while pedaling; if users do not have enough room to fully
extend their legs, they should adjust their seat position (

) until
their legs are able to comfortably extend. Additionally, if users
legs feel overly stretched when they’re extended, the seat needs a
lower adjustment.

During a workout the users hand should grasp the handlebars
