Information about cleaning
To ensure that the machine functions correctly, the maintenance activities listed below must be
carried out periodically. These cleaning operations must be carried out in accordance with the valid
hygiene regulations (DIN 6650 - 6).
The frequency of cleaning also depends on the circumstances of use of the appliance, water quality,
humidity, room temperature, concentrates used, etc.
Daily and weekly cleaning
The purpose of daily cleaning is to avoid bacterial cultures in those areas that alternately come into
contact with drinks and air.
To be cleaned daily
1. the product outlet pipe
2. the product issue area
3. the drip cup
Daily cleaning must be carried out with hot drinking water and, if necessary, under

Then rinse with drinking water.

(see page Flushing/Cleaning).
