Disinfection
The quarterly cleaning or disinfection described in the following must be carried out as required, but
at least every 3 months, and serves to ensure the hygiene of the machine. Under no circumstances
may the machine be cleaned with a water jet or similar. In addition, no sanitary products that could
contaminate the water must be used.
The following parts must be cleaned during disinfection / maintenance:
1. all concentrate hoses
2. the syrup valve block
3. the water jet pump
4. other parts that come into contact with the concentrate
Syrup valve block
Water jet pump
1. Mix 240ml cleaning fluid with 2 litres of warm water.
2. Separate the concentrate lines from the liquid container bag and insert the tube ends with the cap
into the cleaning liquid. Place the waste water container under the dispensing unit.
3. Menu Cleaning - Call up manually in operating mode. Select water 1 or water 2 (depending on the
mixers set up) and rinse liquid 1-6 until the concentrate hoses are filled with cleaning solution. Let
the cleaning solution soak in for 15-20 minutes.
4. Place the concentrate lines in clean drinking water and proceed again as described above. The
concentrate lines and the syrup valve block / mixer are rinsed out.
5. The water jet pump must be removed and disassembled (see Figure 1), cleaned with disinfectant
and then rinsed with warm drinking water.
6. Connect the concentrate hoses again, install the water jet pump and return to normal operation of
the software with "Save and return to main window".
