. Fit the inner flange onto the spindle.

. Set the disc onto the inner flange.

. Set the outer flange onto the spindle.

. Press the spindle lock into the grinder head.

. Screw the outer flange with the lock nut wrench until securely fastened.
The spindle lock should only be used to change discs.
Never use it to stop the disc while rotating.
Disc Assembly

. Match both cantilevered parts inside the protection guard bracket with the
matching slots in the axis cover.

. Turn 180° into the opposite position.
3
. Set it pushing the bracket lever.
