1.
Fit the inner flange onto the axis.
2.
Set the disc onto the inner flange.
3.
Set the outer flange onto the axis.
• Press the axis lock into the grinder head.
4.
Screw the outer flange with the lock nut wrench until securely fastened.
The axis lock should only be used to change discs.
Never use the axis lock to stop the disc while rotating.
Disc Assembly
• Open the clamp lever and align the protruding parts inside the guard, push the
guard down until the protruding parts engage and rotate freely with the
corresponding slots in the shaft cover.
• With the clamp lever open, turn the guard to the desired working position.
• Fix pushing the clamp lever.
