The distance to the
subject is too small.
Increase the distance to the object
to be photographed or select the
macro setting (see chapter 4.6.7).
There is insufficient
light.
Improve the lighting.
The camera is busy
recording video or
audio.

The ‘Camera’ menu is

Turn the menu off (see chapter
4.5).
The memory is full.
Transfer photographs to your
computer and delete the contents
of the memory. You can take more
photographs using a (larger)
external memory card. Ask your
dealer.
No photograph is
taken when the
exposure button
is pressed.
The camera is still
busy saving the
previous photograph.
The LED is lit.
Wait until the LED goes out.
There is no
connection with
the computer.
The camera has been
connected incorrectly.
Reconnect the cables
The camera does
not give an image

Download the latest version of
DirectX from www.microsoft.com.
Drivers for an old
webcam are still

Use 1 monitor (Windows monitor
settings) and try again.
The VGA drivers need
to be updated.
Download new VGA card drivers or
contact the supplier of your VGA

A live recording

1200), it is possible
that there is
insufficient memory for
