Problem

The USB port has not been
enabled in the PC setup
(BIOS).
See the instruction manual provided with
your PC for instructions on how to enable the
USB port.
The computer contains built-
in USB 2.0 ports or a 2.0
host controller, but the
drivers necessary for USB
2.0 have not been installed.
Extra drivers must also be installed for the
earlier releases of Windows XP in order to
use USB 2.0. You can install the drivers
which are supplied with the host controller or
the computer.
Windows does not
detect the Bluetooth
Adapter after it has
been connected to
the computer. The
device does not
work.
The computer’s USB drivers
have not been installed.
This usually happens after reinstalling
Windows. See the instruction manual
provided with the computer or the CD-ROM
for instructions.
A warning is
displayed in
Windows 2000 or
Windows XP saying
that the driver has
not been signed.
The driver you are installing
has not been tested and
certified by Microsoft.
The testing and certifying of a driver by
Microsoft can be regarded as an extra
quality check, but the certification process
takes time and money, and must be carried
out each time the driver is updated. You can
safely install the driver if it has been supplied
by a reliable source.

The printer is not suitable for
use with Bluetooth.
Ask your dealer or look on the Internet to see
whether a special Bluetooth converter is
