Problem
Cause
Possible solution
Much interference between
a Bluetooth Adapter and a
Bluetooth device is caused
by (metal) obstacles which
affect the RF signal.
Try a different location with fewer obstacles
which can cause interference, so that there
is good communication between both
devices.
The Bluetooth
headphones do not
work with my
computer, but do
with my mobile
telephone.
The communication
standard between the
headphones and the mobile
telephone is different to the
communication standard
between the headphones
and the computer.
