With 'Volume Control', you can set the speaker and microphone volume.
With 'Speed Dialling', you can assign a regularly dialled telephone number to each button. Right-click on one
of the buttons to assign a number to it. In the next window (see figure 26), select a name from the telephone
book and click on the single arrowhead to add this to the right-hand window. Next, click on 'OK' to assign the
selected name to the speed dial button.

The name of the person from the telephone book is displayed on the speed dial button. If you now click on
the speed dial button, this number will be dialled automatically.
5.5.2 Phone
Book
In this tab (see figure 27), you can save the telephone numbers of all the people you know in the telephone
book. These names are automatically arranged in alphabetical order in the various tabs available in this
window.
