GROUND SPEED SETUP / 127
6011258 Rev C
CAN GROUND
Ground speed is provided by a radar/digital (3-wire) type sensor
connected to the tractor ECU through the cab harness or if
radar/forward ground speed is communicated on the CAN bus.
CAN WHEEL
Wheel speed data is communicated on the CAN bus. This
source does not account for slip-like CAN ground.
RELUCT FREQ
Ground speed is provided by a reluctance (2-wire) type sensor
connected to the actuator harness through an adapter harness.
DIGITAL FREQ
Ground speed is provided by a radar/digital (3-wire) type sensor
connected to the actuator harness.
MANUAL
A
MANUAL SPEED
button displays on the Work Screen and
sets the system to operate using a constant, internally generated
ground speed and is typically used in the event of a ground
speed sensor failure. This is a constant, internally generated
ground speed that causes the system to operate when the
master switch is ON at the speed that has been programmed.
This value can be set to any speed within the delivery
capabilities of the system.
No ground speed sensor is required when using the
Manual setting.
No area accumulation occurs when speed source is manual.
Implement Lift Override:
If enabled the implement lift is not
needed to run.
NOTE
Manual ground speed can only be entered if the source is
changed to MANUAL.
IRC
IRC ground speed is provided by two radar/digital (3-wire) type
sensor connected to the left-most and right-most IRC modules
on the system.
An offset from the center must be provided for each sensor.
CAN GPS
Ground speed is provided by the tractor GPS. Specific PGN
outputs are required for this setting.
GPS must output messages on CAN bus.
The message required for communication is PGN 129026,
NMEA high-precision rapid update.
