Usage
The Agrocont Plus model has all the functions of the basic model as well as an
electric remote control for fertilizer feed. This function is implemented by substituting
the standard fertilizer-shaft butt-adjustment wheel for an electric spindle engine and
mechanism.
The preset values (kg/ha) for the quick-selection keys L1, L2, L3 and L4 can be
changed during driving by a single push of a key. A green light above any of the
quick-selection keys indicates the selected quick-selection, and the preconfigured
amount of fertilizer will be shown in the bottom right corner of the screen. When you
push a quick-selection key, the green LED light and the figure on the screen showing
the amount of fertilizer will start blinking. Configuration of the desired selection will
start in two seconds. To choose the value you require, use the plus and minus keys
and accept the changes with the Stop/OK key. If you do not accept the changes, the
system will save the value you selected in five seconds.
Example 1: if you wish to sow an average of 450 kg of fertilizer per hectare and the
variation in the quality of the soil to be sown is relatively low, the values could be as
follows: L1 = 400kg/ha, L2 = 425kg/ha, L3 = 475kg/ha, and L4 = 500kg/ha.
Example 2: if manure has been spread over a section of the block to be sown, the
values could be as follows: L1 = 20kg/ha, L2 = 100kg/ha, L3 = 475kg/ha, and L4 =
500kg/ha.
