Omelette preparation guidelines for 1 to 2 average portions (only eggs with milk or water):
1.
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and use a whisk or fork to mix them until the egg yolk is completely
mixed with the egg white. We recommend that you add a little amount of water or milk to the mixture for
better results. If you choose to use a shaker to mix the eggs,
the omelette may rise since there will be
more air in the egg mixture.
2. Pour the egg mixture into your Micro Delight.
3. Close the cover and place your Micro Delight in your microwave oven at
max 800 W for no
longer than 5 minutes OR at 400 W for no longer than 10 minutes.
4. Follow the cooking guidelines in the table below to set your preferred time and wattage. Remember that
you can cook minimum 2 and maximum 4 eggs at any one time in your Micro Delight without any other
ingredients.

For your satisfaction and safety, below are a few elementary precautions:
•
Always make sure to wash your new product before first use.
•
Always refer to the instruction booklet of your microwave manufacturer for appropriate product usage. If
you have a turntable plate, make sure the Micro Delight fits on it AND that the turntable plate effectively
turns.
•
The Tupperware Micro Delight is safe for food temperatures from 0°C to 120°C.
Do not use in the freezer. Do not use to cook foods at higher temperatures.
•
Do not use in the microwave oven for more than 10 min at a time. Let the product and the microwave
oven cool down before re-using.
•
Contents will be hot after using in the microwave. Use both hands when handling.
•
Always lift the cover away from you while serving so the steam does not burn your fingers.
•
To avoid staining we do not recommend adding saffron, curry or other colouring spices to the
preparation or reheating tomato or curry based foods. Staining will not affect the product’s performance
and it is not covered by the Tupperware guarantee.
•
Eating from the base with steel cutlery may cause scratches on the product. The scratches do not
affect the product’s functioning and it is not covered by guarantee.
•
In case you wish to add high-fat ingredients such as bacon, ham, cheese, etc. to your recipe
we recommend that you add egg or juicy vegetables to avoid damaging of the product. We also
recommend using a low wattage when cooking preparation with these ingredients.
•
In case you have some food left, let it cool without the cover, then cover and place in the fridge. If you
want to reheat your food later add a little bit of water and reheat with the cover at max 600W.
• Always rinse the container in cold water immediately after use to help prevent strong food smells or
stains. All components are dishwasher safe.
•
Do not use abrasive or sharp utensils to mix, clean or serve.
