DEFROSTING AND DRAINAGE
1. Please take out all ice cream from the freezer and keep them in other freezer.
2. Once the freezer is emptied out, unplug the power source, and open the door.

how much ice is built up.
4. In order to accelerate the process of removing ice from the unit, use a spatula to
gently remove the ice from the freezer wall once ice becomes softened.
5. After the defrosting process is over, please remove the drain cork to drain off water
in the freezer.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORAGE / LOADING PRODUCT FOR TIDC
MODELS.
- Some ice cream flavors have a higher sugar content than most. These flavors would
contain ripple, maple syrup, candy, etc. The high sugar content flavors need a lower
temperature for storage than others. These flavors would be best stored in the
corners of the unit to gain the most freezing effect from the walls of the unit.
- Dipping Cabinet is built for limited display time before deterioration begins to occur.
Ice cream will need long term storage temperatures.
- Ice cream should be immediately placed into the Dipping cabinet after being
removed from the delivery truck, walk-in freezer, or storage cabinet.
- Dipping Cabinet will only maintain ice cream at the preset dipping temperature and
is not designed as a hardening cabinet or long term storage.
- Crystallization may occur if ice cream is allowed to warm up prior to placement in
dipping cabinet resulting in loss of product quality.
