TurboSafe User Manual 9
2.4 Battery Information
The TurboSafe requires four “AA” batteries which will be stored inside the back of the door. New batteries should be installed
as soon as possible after receiving any low battery indication. When the notification begins, the TurboSafe will only have
enough power for approximately 50 uses before the batteries are fully depleted. This indication can be received from the app or
the safe itself.
Section 3
Installing the TurboSafe
There are four screw holes in the back and two at the bottom of the
safe. For the most secure placement, use the included anchors
during installation and screw holes from both the back and bottom of
the safe (Fig. 1).
Step 1.
Place the safe where desired. Use a pencil to mark the
screw hole openings. Remove the safe and use a drill to
create four holes.
Step 2.
Insert the anchors in the holes and use a hammer to tap
each anchor in place. The end of each anchor should be
nearly flush with the wall or installation surface.
Step 3.
Position the safe so that the ends of the anchors fit into the
screw openings. Add the screws into each opening and
fasten with a screwdriver.
