Blockage of the valves.
A mix too poor (check 6.2.) can cause the valve’s
blockage.

In this case:
• stop the machine pulling the engine stop rod (40), di-
scharge the pressure by turning the by-pass lever (20)
in vertical position; then wait for the pressure shown on
the gauge (45) to drop to zero.
• Open the tie rods (48)
with the proper key
(35) supplied with the
machine.
• Remove the inspection
plugs (41-49) from the
valve’s group and then
remove the rubber ball
valves (42) placed inside and wash properly the suction
(43) and delivery (50) valves.
• Remove the drain plug (51) of the suction collector.
• Modify the mix design
following procedure on
page 13.
• Empty the hopper, eventually using a strong flow of
water.
• Re-mount all the parts back and make the new batch of
material correctly.
Loose belt
• The belt slides and the mortar
pressure gauge shows a pressure
lower than 20 bar.
In this case thighten the belt using
the register screws (80).
