• Change the large deflector with a
deflector of smaller size.
• Check the mix design following
what indicate on page 13
• Make sure that the filters of the
compressor are clean (page 23). If
necessary change them.
• Make sure that the cock of the
spraygun is completely open.
• Make sure that there are no air
losses in the air system or in the
spraygun.
• Make sure that the delivery air cock
is fully open and the discharge air
cock is properly closed.
• Activate the safety device with the
indicated lever (page 20).
• Wash the delivery valve’s group
(page 26) and modify the mix (page
13).
• Stop the engine and insert the re-
quested gear.
• Pour mortar in the hopper.
• Insert the safety device with the
indicated lever (page 20).
• Re-fuel diesel in the fuel tank.
• Check the efficiency of the battery.
• Check the centrifuge joint (internal
part should turn while external part
and the belt should remain bloc-
ked). In case worn off you need to
change it (page 27)
• Check it and eventually open it.
• Clean the nozzle.
• Check it and eventually open it.
• Check the whole length of hose and
make sure that air flows freely.
