INSTALLING ON WALL (WOOD STUD)
1. Use a stud finder to locate the appropriate wall stud
(Fig 18). Make sure your chosen TUT Trainer™ location
allows for adequate space to perform all the exercises.
2. Once the centre of the wall stud is found, place the
bottom Wall Plate (Fig 19) in the centre of the wood stud
at the desired height; between 6 to 9 inches or 15 to 23
cm from the floor.
3. Using a power tool, apply 4 x Wood Screw B (Fig 20).
Make sure that the Wall Plate Stem is vertical, straight up
and down.
4. From the top of the installed bottom Wall Plate,
measure 68"/173 cm up the wall and make a mark. This
mark will be the position of the bottom of the top Wall
Plate (refer to Installation Instructions Video).
5. Make another mark where the horizontal line
intersects the centre of the wood stud. Make sure that
the Wall Plate Stem is vertical, straight up and down.
Place the Wall Plate to the centre of the wood stud.
Using a power tool, apply 4 x Wood Screw B (Fig 20).
6. Place the TUT Trainer@ slightly above the upper Wall
Plate Stem and lower Wall Plate Stem
7. Press the Spring Lock and allow the Wall Plate Stems
to drop into the holes. Release the Spring Lock, the TUT
Trainer™ is now locked in place. Check to ensure TUT
Trainer™ is locked by pulling upwards (refer to
Installation Instructions Video).
8. To remove TUT Trainer™ from the Wall Plates, press
the Spring Lock and lift upwards on the TUT Trainer™.
