INSTRUCTION MANUAL

GENERAL CAUTION

To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric 

shock or other injury, before actually using a 

careful study of the following important safety 

precautions is strongly recommended:

1.   WARNING!  THIS  APPLIANCE  MUST 

NOT BE TAKEN INTO BATHROOM.

2.   DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY 

OTHER LIQUIDS

3.   DO NOT USE WITH WET HANDS 

4.   DO NOT WRAP THE POWER CORD 

AROUND THE PLATES WHEN HOT, OR 

WHEN STORING. 

5.   The appliance is VERY HOT when during 

use. Take care to avoid contact between 

the hot surface of the plates and bare 

skin, particularly around hands. face and 

neck when in use. 

6.   This appliance should NEVER be stored 

when hot or when connected to the 

socket. Always ensure the appliance is 

switched off, unplugged from socket and it 

has been cooled down before storing.

7.   The appliance must never be left 

unattended when plugged in. 

8.   This appliance is intended for household 

use only. It is not intended for commercial 

use and outdoor use. Use this appliance 

only for its intended purpose as described 

in this manual. 

9.   The plates will become VERY HOT during 

operation, so do not to touch this part 

when it is switched on or just after it has 

been turned off. ALLOW AT LEAST 30 

MINUTES TO COOL DOWN BEFORE 

PUTTING AWAY.

10.  Close supervision is necessary when this 

appliance is used near or by children. 

Always keep it in a safe place. DUE 

TO A HIGH TEMPERATURES AND 

FAST HEATING TIME, it is better that 

CHILDREN DO NOT USE this appliance. 

11.  Never continue to use this appliance if it 

is not working properly, or it has dropped 

in water or any other liquids, or it has a 

damaged plug or power cord. Appliance 

should be discarded or sent to your local 

distributors or service agent or similarly 

qualified persons to repair.

12.  Keep the power cord away from hot 

surfaces. 

13.  This appliance is not intended for use by 

persons (including children) with reduced 

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, 

or lack of experience and knowledge, 

unless they have been given supervision 

or instruction concerning use of the 

appliance by a person responsible for 

their safety.

14.  Children should be supervised to ensure 

that they do not play with the appliance.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS 

•  Plug the curling barrel.

•  Your hair should be dry or, at least, almost 

dry. 

•  Press ON/OFF switch to turn it on, then 

select the temperature you need (there’re 

5 level with light for each level) and 

wait for a few minutes until it reaches 

the required temperature; the lights will 

twinkle until the temperature gets to the 

required one.

•  Separate fine locks of hair that you want 

to curl, brushing your hair first to untangle 

it. 

•  Place hair between the hot barrels and 

press down firmly. Hold in place for a few 

seconds and finally gently remove it. 

•  Natural or dyed hair needs to hold 

between the curling barrel from 5 to 10 

seconds to get good results. However, 

if your hair is thick you may need a few 

seconds more. 

•  This appliance may be used with wigs 

made out of natural hair. However, it 

should not be used on artificial hair or 

wigs, as they could melt with the high 

temperature.

•  Do not use it on hair which has hair spray 

or hair gel, as these substances could get 

stuck to the tube and reduce its efficacy.

CLEANING

1.  Unplug the appliances and allow it to fully 

cool down before cleaning.

2.  Clean with a damp cloth or sponge using 

mild soap. Do not use harsh detergents, 

solvents or abrasives.

3.  Do not immerse this appliance in water or 

any other liquid to clean it.

4.  Dry thoroughly before use.

following voltages without adaptation.
