oPerAtion:

This unit operates on 220-240 volts AC ~ 50Hz mains.

The supply cord of this appliance cannot be replaced; if the 

cord is damaged, the appliance should be discarded.

between the hot surface of the barrel and bare skin, 

particularly at the face and neck.

is switched off, unplugged from the mains and that it has 

cooled down before storing. 

7.   The appliance must never be left unattended when 

plugged in.

intended for commercial use. use the appliance only for its 

intended use as described in this manual. 

9.   The barrel will become hot during operation so care should 

be taken not to touch this part of the appliance when it is 

switched on or just after it has been turned off.

10.  Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used 

near or by children or disabled people. Always keep in a 

safe place.

11.  Never continue to use this appliance if it is not working 

properly, or has been dropped, or if it has been dropped in 

water or any other liquid, or if it has a damaged plug or lead. 

12. Keep the mains lead away from heated surfaces. 

13.  This appliance is not intended for use by persons 

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or 

mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, 

unless they have been given supervision or instruction 

concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible

play with the appliance.

oPerAtion 

For best results, wash, comb and dry hair until just damp to 

touch – although the curling iron can be used for touch ups at 

any time. 

1.  Fully unwind the mains cable.

2.   Plug the styler into the mains and switch on at the socket.

3.   Wait for a couple of minutes to allow the appliance to reach 

its working temperature.

4.   Your hair should be dry or very nearly dry when using the 

styler. Separate the strands of hair to be curled and gently 

brush it free of tangles.

5.   Grip the hair using the clamp and wind it towards the scalp.

6.   Hold the styler in this position for around 10-20 seconds 

and then gently unwind.

7.   Holding the styler in position for 5-10 seconds will create 

gentle hair waves.

8.   Fine hair requires less time than coarse hair to create 

effects.

9.   To achieve extra bounce and body, lift several strands of 

hair and gently run the brush (attached to the main unit) 

through from scalp to the hair ends.

Hint: Always experiment on a small area of hair first to ensure 

you achieve the results you want.

CleAning And CAre

1.  The appliance must be unplugged before cleaning. 

2.   Let the appliance cool down before touching or cleaning 

the body. 

3.  Clean the housing with a soft dry cloth.

4.   Do not use any harsh detergents, abrasives, solvents or 

cleaners. Never immerse in water to clean.
