2. Drill four mounting holes on the opposite wide side
of both mounting angles. Holes should be 2" from
each edge and equally spaced between those
holes. (See Figure 2)
3. Place guide track with the flare plate facing up.
Place narrow side of mounting angle on outer edge.
The bottom of mounting angle should be flush with
the bottom of guide track. Mark each hole.

4. Remove the mounting angles and drill marked holes
in the guide tracks. Replace mounting angles and
secure using self-tapping screws. (See Figure 4)
5. Bend each guide track flare plate out 1½".
(See Figure 5)
6. Attach top spreader angle to top of guide track.
Secure with two bolts and nuts on each side.

7. Slide the brush seal into the edge groove of the
brush seal bar. (See Figure 7)
