1. Place table top upside down on a smooth,
non-marring surface. Place inner rail and outer
rail on top of the table top, with the outer rail
overlapping the inner rail. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: Exposed side of inner/outer rails should
face the bullnose edge of tabletop.
2. Slide cantilevers onto base of inner and outer rails.
Align middle marker on cantilever with center on
inner/outer rail. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: A rubber mallet may be needed to assist.
3. Extend rails to required length.
NOTE: Distance from outside of cantilevers
should be approximately 43⁄
"
apart for 48"
workbenches, 56" apart for 60" workbenches
and 68" apart for 72" workbenches. Placement
is for reference when aligning stringer later in
assembly.
4. Place adjustable height legs inside of cradle
located at the end of each rail. Legs have slots on
backside of housing which should insert into notches
of each rail. (See Figure 3)
5. Place leg clamps over adjustable height leg
housing. Gently push down on clamp to lock into
place. (See Figure 4)
