Unpacking

When unpacking, check to make sure the parts listed on page 7 are included.  If any parts
are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the cover of this
manual as soon as possible.

Assembly

1.

Loosen the bolt on the Handle Base (43).  Insert the Lower Handle (23) into the Handle
Base (43), and secure it by tightening the bolt on the Handle Base (43).  See the
Assembly Drawing on page 8.

2.

Insert the Upper Handle (24) into the Lower Handle (23), and turn it until the buttons
lock into place.
