The Express Multi Surface Cleaner is shipped almost fully assembled. Before you set it up
for operation, carefully check the shipping carton for signs of damage. Report damages
at once to the carrier.
Before starting the machine, remove the
solution tank and replace the shipping
plug (P/N 000-106-001) with the vent plug
(P/N 000-106-014), shipped with your
machine (see Figure 3). Failure to install the
vent plug will damage the gear case seal.
Set up the Express by following these steps:

Turn the cleaning head counterclockwise

hot water, 140° F (60° C) maximum.
Do not use flammable materials in the
tanks. Flammable materials can cause an
explosion or fire which can cause serious
injury or death.
