Base assembly

step 1

Clear floor space.

step 2

Lay Plastic Base upside down on a flat surface.

step 3

Place foot plate into recess area as shown in diagram.

step 4

Screw in four 10mm length bolts to secure base. Please note: Do not over-

tighten.

step 5

repeat Steps 3 & 4 at other end.

step 6

Have two adults turn base onto it’s feet.
