The UniFi AC Pro AP (model UAP-AC-PRO) is a gigabit, 802.3af-powered access point (AP) with unlimited
scalability under one central controller. This AP is suitable for high-density network traffic requiring high
uptime and low latency, and allows for remote access to monitor and upgrade deployed devices.
This document covers setting up the software and network on the AP and wireless client devices for use as a
Squirrel Mobility network. It does not cover configuring the AP for use with a UniFi Cloud Key or UniFi
Controller management station as these devices are not yet certified by Squirrel. These devices may be
integrated with the AP into a full-scale network solution at a later date, at which point this document will be
updated to include them.
For mounting setup instructions, refer to the
UniFi AC Pro AP's Quick Start Guide
, included in the AP's
packaging.
