Connect and operate the appliance only in

The appliance is not intended to be operated
by means of an external Timer or separate
remote-control system.
Do not use if the cord or appliance is damaged.
Keep children away from the appliance.

knowledge to operate the appliance unless

Always pull out the mains plug after using the

To prevent injury, a damaged power cord must

Blade is very sharp. After switching off, the drive
continues for a short time. After work, set cutting

Do not operate the appliance without the carriage
and “sausage end” holder.
Before using the appliance for the

rst time, clean
thoroughly. Do not immerse the appliance in
water or clean under running water.
The appliance may be used for cutting
unfrozen food only! Do not cut bones!

Do not use the appliance near a sink

Warning! Motor may overheat!
After a maximum 5 minutes of continuous use,
switch OFF the appliance and allow to cool
down.

• Assemble the carriage, insert at an angle from
the right into the side guide groove and place on
the table.

• Adjust the cutting width with the knob.

• Press switch-on safety device, then
• Press the On button. Switch-on safety device
can now be released.
If you stop pressing the On button, the appliance
switches off.

Cut sausage and cheese

rst and bread last.

Cleaning
Pull out the mains plug and set stop plate
to 0.

Before cleaning the appliance, pull out the mains
plug and remove the blade. Do NOT grip the
blade by the cutting surface, but by the blade
attachment.
