The touch panel will flash. Select the rotary knob (12) to enter into stand

by mode (See figure J). The
LCD display area shows as below: “Time” display: “00:00”, “Temperature” display: “000”, “Speed”
display: “00” (See figure K). Select your needed function as required
.
Touch buttons overview:
1. Weighting Button (20):
The maximum weight is 5000g. Weight range: 5-5000g. Press “Weighting” button under
stand-by state, LCD shows as “0000”. And then put the food in the bowl, read the number
shown on the LCD. That is the weight of the food added. And then press “Weighting”
button again, the number on LCD will be cleared and shows as “0000”. Hold “Weighting”
button longer than 2 seconds, the appliance will exit from weighting function.
2. Reverse Button (21):
Press “reverse button” and the motor will reverse. The speed range allowed is 1 to 3.
Press again the button to cancel the reverse.
3. Steam Button (22):
Select “steam button” to enter into steam program.
Time: default time is 20 minutes and it’s adjustable from 1-60 minutes. The timer will
start countdown once the inside water temperature arrives to 100ºC.Temperature: default
temperature is 120ºC and it’s adjustable from 100ºC-120ºC.
Speed at this function is blocked.
Press the knob to start a cycle after setting.
4. Knead Button (23):
Select “knead button” to enter into knead program.
Time: default time is 3 minutes and it’s adjustable from 2-4 minutes.
Temperature at this function it’s adjustable from 0-37ºC
.
Speed at this function could be adjusted between 1-2.

5. Time Button (24):
Press “Time” button, and then rotate knob to set time (second or minute). Time range: 00
second-90minutes.
6. Temp Button (25):
Press “Temp” button, and then rotate knob to set the temperature you need. Temperature
range: 37ºC-140ºC. After 40ºC the temperature will increase in intervals of 5°C
7. Speed Button (26):
Press “Speed” button, and then rotate knob to select the speed you need. Speed range:
00-12.
8. Pulse Button (27):
Rapid speed accelerating function. You may use it to mix food quickly. Hold “Pulse”
button, the appliance instantly starts to run at the highest speed 12. If you release the
button, the appliance will recover the previous working speed immediately.
When the temperature in the bowl is at or over 60°C, “Pulse” button cannot be used and
warning icon (28)
will show up.
